通过对目前我国保存的国内外６４２份马铃薯品种（系）淀粉含量的测定及其与育成单位生态条件的相关分析，初步弄清了我国马铃薯品种资源淀粉的含量水平和不同来源品种（系）淀粉含量的差异，并筛选出淀粉含量超过２０％以上高淀粉资源９份。
