随着社会经济体制的改革,中小企业在我国经济体制逐渐变的重要起来,对于保持市场经济的稳定性,增加市场经济的活性起到重要作用.中小企业发展有其自身的瓶颈,如企业组织结构单一,产品规模小等等,但融资难是其发展的最大障碍,解决融资难的问题,对于企业来说是一大推力.本文根据中小企业的特征,指出融资的主要问题是融资渠道少,管理层能力低以及融资的成本高效率低,并且从企业,外部机构以及国家三个层面去解决这些问题,并提出相应的办法,为我中小企业的融资提供一些参考意见.
