基于嵌套式双开口金属谐振环结构设计了一种太赫兹超材料吸收器.研究表明这种吸收器在0.2-2THz范围内呈现多频吸收的特性;通过改变开口尺寸和金属线宽发现:随着开口宽度和金属线宽的增加,吸收频率都会发生一定程度的蓝移;同时,当开口宽度为5um,金属线宽为4um时,器件吸收性能最佳,在1.42THz处吸收率高达98%.
A kind of THz metamaterial absorber is designed based on the nested double-opening metal resonant ring structure. The research shows that this absorber exhibits multi-frequency absorption characteristics in the range of 0.2-2THz. By changing the opening size and the metal line width, With the increase of the width of the opening and the increase of the metal line width, some blue shift occurs in the absorption frequency. At the same time, when the opening width is 5um and the metal line width is 4um, the absorption performance of the device is the best. The absorption rate at 1.42THz is as high as 98 %.
