目的研究动态脑电图对于病毒性脑炎辅助诊断价值。方法在入院3 d内对临床拟诊为病毒性脑炎病人分别进行常规脑电图和动态脑电图检查,其中有40例确诊为病毒性脑炎,采用配对X2检验比较两种检查方法发现中度或重度异常脑电活动的几率。结果动态脑电图和常规脑电图的中度或重度脑电活动的发现率分别为80%、65%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);发现痫样放电的几率分别为40%、5%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。动态脑电图检查发现40例病人的睡眠生理波都不清楚。结论动态脑电图对病毒性脑炎有重要的辅助诊断意义,相对于常规脑电图有更高的敏感性;睡眠节律紊乱是病毒性脑炎的特征。
Objective To study the value of dynamic EEG in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis. Methods The routine EEG and dynamic electroencephalography (EEG) were performed on the patients with suspected viral encephalitis within 3 days after admission. Among them, 40 cases were diagnosed as viral encephalitis. Paired X2 test was used to compare the two methods The probability of moderate or severe abnormal EEG activity. Results The detection rates of moderate or severe EEG on dynamic EEG and conventional EEG were 80% and 65%, respectively (P <0.05). The odds of finding epileptiform discharges were 40 %, 5%, there was a significant difference (P <0.05). Dynamic EEG examination found that 40 cases of patients with sleep physiological wave are not clear. Conclusion Dynamic EEG has important auxiliary diagnostic significance for viral encephalitis, which is more sensitive than conventional electroencephalogram. Sleep disturbance is characteristic of viral encephalitis.
