千金藤素150mg·kg-1·d-1可显著提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、绵羊红细胞所致特异性抗体的产生能力以及脾脏系数。环磷酰胺30mg·kg-1造成小鼠免疫抑制状态下,千金藤素150mg·kg-1·d-1亦能使腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、绵羊细胞所致特异性抗体的产生能力及脾脏系数提高至接近正常水平。细果表明,千金藤素对小鼠非特异性及特异性免疫功能有明显的增强作用。
