以碱性品红褪色动力学光度法测定 SO2 - 3为例 ,研究了负吸光度法用于褪色动力学光度法测定的优点与原因。结果表明 ,相对正吸光度法 ,灵敏度提高 4 0 % ,标准偏差下降 83 .4 % ,线性范围上限提高了 2倍 ,下限从 0 .1μg扩展到 0。其原因是提高了测定吸光度的信噪比 ,有色剂用量能选在灵敏度最高、稳定性最好的最佳浓度 ,操作简便、规范减小了误差。
Taking the determination of SO2 - 3 by basic fuchsin fading kinetic spectrophotometry as an example, the advantages and causes of negative absorbance spectrophotometry for fading kinetic spectrophotometry were studied. The results showed that the relative positive absorbance method showed a sensitivity increase of 40%, a standard deviation of 83.4%, an upper limit of linear range of 2-fold and a lower limit of 0. 1μg to 0. The reason is to improve the determination of the signal to noise ratio of the absorbance, the amount of color agent can be selected at the highest sensitivity, the best stability of the best concentration, easy to operate, the specification reduces the error.
