目的 探讨高胰岛素血症(HI)与内皮素(ET)的关系及其对脑梗死发病的影响。方法 对41例脑梗死患者进行了空腹血糖(BS)、血浆胰岛素(INS)、ET水平测定,观察了脑梗死患者的红细胞膜Na+ -K+ ATP酶,Ca2+ -Mg2+ ATP酶活性,并与26 例健康人对照。结果 脑梗死组INS、ET 水平明显高于对照组,并且INS与ET的水平呈直线相关。两者均与红细胞膜Na+ -K+ ATP酶和Ca2+ -Mg2+ ATP酶活性呈负相关。结论 HI和ET不仅参与脑梗死的发生和发展,而且有协同作用
Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperinsulinemia (HI) and endothelin (ET) and its effect on the incidence of cerebral infarction. Methods The serum levels of fasting blood glucose (BS), plasma insulin (INS) and ET were measured in 41 patients with cerebral infarction. The activities of Na + -K + ATPase and Ca2 + -Mg2 + ATPase in erythrocyte membrane in patients with cerebral infarction were observed. Healthy people control. Results The level of INS and ET in cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in control group, and there was a linear correlation between the level of INS and ET. Both were negatively correlated with the activities of Na + -K + ATPase and Ca2 + -Mg2 + ATPase in erythrocyte membrane. Conclusion HI and ET not only involved in the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction, but also synergistic effect
