研究了固体超强酸对柠檬酸与正丁醇的酯化催化性能。结果发现,固体超强酸催化剂可代替硫酸等其它催化剂作为柠檬酸三丁酯的合成。当催化剂用量为总物料重量的1.5%,柠檬酸与正丁醇物料配比为1:5,在回流温度下反应3h,转化率可达98.0%。因此催化剂的性能较好,而且催化剂便于与产物分离,可以回收使用。
The esterification of citric acid and n-butanol with solid super acid was studied. As a result, it was found that the solid superacid catalyst can replace other catalysts such as sulfuric acid for the synthesis of tributyl citrate. When the amount of catalyst is 1.5% of the total weight of the material, the ratio of citric acid to n-butanol is 1: 5 and the reaction is carried out at reflux temperature for 3h, the conversion rate can reach 98.0%. Therefore, the performance of the catalyst is better, and the catalyst is easy to separate from the product and can be recycled.
