细筛再磨工艺是1978~1980年国家计委推广的六十项新技术之一,应用尼龙细筛在提高铁精矿品位、细粒分级等方面,已经取得显著效果。而细筛的主要零件是尼龙筛篦。经过1972~1975年的研制,已在大连第七塑料厂成批生产.至1979年初已经生产出五万片尼龙筛篦,供全国近20家选矿厂采用。生产实践表明,采用尼龙(1010)筛篦编制的细筛,在工业生产上实现了对150目、200目、270目的细粒筛分。现就材料选用,成型工艺、产品与模具的设计等方面作一简介。
Fine mesh resharpening is one of the 60 new technologies promoted by the State Development Planning Commission from 1978 to 1980. The application of nylon fine mesh has achieved remarkable results in improving the grade of iron concentrates and fine grading. The main part of the fine screen nylon mesh grate.
