今年是栖霞撤县设市的第一年,为了进一步增强广大市民的城市意识,提高城市管理水平,塑造繁荣、文明、美丽、有序的新栖霞形象,推动全市精神文明建设再上新台阶,栖霞市委、市政府日前决定在全市开展“增强城市意识,创建文明城市”活动。开展“增强城市意识,创建文明城市”活动的总体思路是:以市区为主,带动乡镇驻地发展,整个活动持续三年时间.一年突出一个重点,一年把握一个主题,力求每年见效,每年上台阶。三年后,使栖霞的城市建设、城市管理、市容市貌以及市民素质等都达到一个新水平,力争创建国家级卫生城。
This year is the first year that Qixia withdraws its counties and cities, in order to further enhance the urban awareness of the general public, improve the level of urban management, and create a prosperity, civilization, beauty, and orderly image of Xinqixia, and push the city’s spiritual civilization to a new level. Qixia Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government decided to launch the “Enhance Urban Awareness, Create a Civilized City” activity in the city. The overall train of thought for the campaign to “strengthen urban consciousness and create a civilized city” is: Focusing on the urban area and spurring the development of township resident agencies. The entire activity lasts for three years. One year highlights one key point, one theme is grasped each year, and every year is sought. Effective, step up each year. Three years later, Qixia’s urban construction, urban management, appearance of the city, and citizen’s quality all reached a new level, and they strive to create a national health city.
