创新能力是一种综合能力,它与一个人的知识素养、道德素养、价值观等有关,统称为科学素养。作为小学科学教师,应根据小学生年龄特征和教材的具体特点,采用多种方法和形式,诱导学生创新兴趣,启迪学生创新思维,培养学生创新意识和创新能力。新课程改革的本质是一种创新,其核心是人的发展问题,所以在创新过程中努力实现自身素质的发展是当前教师的当务之急。笔者认为素质的培养应从五个方面入手。
Innovation ability is a kind of comprehensive ability. It is related to a person’s knowledge quality, moral quality, values, etc., collectively referred to as scientific literacy. As a primary school science teacher, according to the pupils’ age characteristics and the specific characteristics of teaching materials, various methods and forms should be adopted to induce students’ interest in innovation, inspire students’ innovative thinking, and cultivate students’ sense of innovation and innovation. The essence of the new curriculum reform is a kind of innovation. Its core is the problem of human development. Therefore, efforts to achieve the development of one’s own quality in the process of innovation is the current top priority for teachers. The author believes that the training of quality should start from five aspects.
