目的:探索测定复方中药制剂中维生素C(Vit.C)含量的方法.方法:以Cu2+为催化剂加速Vit.C的氧化,以EDTA络合Cu2+校正背景作参比,利用氧化前后吸收度差值(△A)直接测定Vit.C的含量。结果:Vit.C标准溶液的浓度在5~60μg/mL范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5);回收率(99.22±0.82)%;测定的样品中有一部分Vit.C含量不符合要求。结论:方法简便、快速,回收率稳定。不受处方中其它成分的干扰,
OBJECTIVE: To explore the method to determine the content of vitamin C (Vit.C) in compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation.Methods: The oxidation of Vit.C was accelerated by Cu2 + as catalyst, and the difference between before and after oxidation (△ A) direct determination of Vit.C content. Results: The calibration curve of Vit.C was linear with the absorbance in the range of 5 ~ 60μg / mL (r = 0.9999, n = 5). The recovery rate was (99.22 ± 0.82)%. C content does not meet the requirements. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and the recovery rate is stable. Not subject to the interference of other ingredients in the prescription,
