重点研究基于单片机绿植养护系统温度控制的方法,主要设计显示电路、温度采集电路、时钟电路、报警电路和控制调整电路。利用单片机控制温度传感器DS18B20采集温度数据,实现温度转化,采用1602液晶对温度进行实时显示,将温度保持在设定温度。通过按键调节温度报警区域(上下限值),实现对温度在一定范围内的自动监测(18~35℃)。经过反复测试证明该设计方案准确可行、运行可靠,温度偏差可控制在0.1℃以内。
Focus on research and development based on MCU temperature control system, the main design display circuit, temperature acquisition circuit, clock circuit, alarm circuit and control circuit. The use of single-chip temperature sensor DS18B20 temperature control data acquisition, temperature conversion, the use of 1602 LCD real-time temperature display, the temperature maintained at the set temperature. Through the key to adjust the temperature alarm area (upper and lower limits), to achieve the temperature within a certain range of automatic monitoring (18 ~ 35 ℃). After repeated testing to prove that the design is accurate and feasible, reliable operation, the temperature deviation can be controlled within 0.1 ℃.
