本文分析冶金耐磨备件失效原因,对比国内外典型冶金耐磨备件选用材料及使用寿命。我国由于冶金耐磨材料品种少,或质量不高,以及选材不当,这是造成冶金耐磨备件消耗高的主要原因。为降低冶金耐磨备件消耗,根据国内外生产耐磨材料情况,结合我国生产和资源条件,提出我国冶金备件使用耐磨材料研制方向,特别对目前我国在冶金耐磨备件中应用较广泛的高锰钢材料的质量改善提出较深入论述。
