目的:掌握景宁县5岁以下儿童死亡情况及主要死因并探讨干预措施,以降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。方法:对全县2000-2007年239例0~4岁儿童死亡情况、死因构成及相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果:5岁以下儿童死亡率为22.53‰,婴儿死亡率为17.6‰,新生儿死亡率为16.9‰。5岁以下儿童死因前3位为:早产、出生窒息、先天性心脏病。结论:加强孕期保健,提高产科质量,强化新生儿窒息复苏技术,提高儿科技术水平,大力开展健康教育,普及妇幼保健知识是降低景宁县5岁以下儿童死亡率的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To grasp the death and major causes of death of children under 5 years old in Jingning County and to explore intervention measures to reduce the mortality rate of children under 5 years of age. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the deaths, causes of death and related factors of 239 children aged 0-4 years from 2000 to 2007 in the county. Results: The mortality rate of children under 5 years old was 22.53 ‰, the infant mortality rate was 17.6 ‰ and the neonatal mortality rate was 16.9 ‰. The first three causes of death among children under 5 are: premature birth, birth asphyxia and congenital heart disease. Conclusion: To strengthen the health care during pregnancy, improve the obstetric quality, strengthen neonatal asphyxia recovery technology, improve pediatric technology level, vigorously carry out health education and popularize the knowledge of maternal and child health is the key to reduce the mortality rate of children under 5 in Jingning County.
