对铁合金厂1963~1983年间1413人观察尘肺发病情况,粉尘浓度为14.6mg/m~3,检出尘肺26例,总患病率为1.84%。铁合金粉尘所致尘肺4例,以矽铁冶炼工为主,患病效为0.38%,与炼钢工接近。应用寿命表法对接尘量与尘肺患病关系研究结果,期望患病率控制在0.5%,以接尘30年计,铁合金粉尘容许浓度应为13mg/m~3。
The incidence of pneumoconiosis was observed in 1413 ferroalloy factories from 1963 to 1983 with a dust concentration of 14.6mg / m ~ 3, and 26 cases of pneumoconiosis were detected with a total prevalence of 1.84%. Ferroalloy dust caused by pneumoconiosis in 4 cases, dominated by silicon iron smelter, the prevalence of 0.38%, and the steelmaker close. The relationship between the amount of dust and pneumoconiosis was analyzed by using the life table method. The expected prevalence was controlled at 0.5%. The allowable concentration of ferroalloy dust should be 13 mg / m ~ 3 in order to catch the dust for 30 years.
