武汉市地方税务局现有16个分局,近3000名干部,担负全市约12万纳税户约30种税费及社会养老保险金的征收管理工作。按照国家税务总局提出的“以纳税申报和优化服务为基础,以计算机网络为依托,集中征收,重点稽查”的新征管模式,武汉市地方税务局正着手建设一个先进、实用、安全、有地区扩展能力和升级潜力的税收管理信息网络系统。 1999年10月,武汉市地方税务局与3Com公司签订协议,全面采用3Com公司的网络解决方案建设武汉地税税收管理信息网络。项目已于去年年底开始实施,中联集团负责项目的系统集成,将于今年3月份投入使用。
Wuhan Local Taxation Bureau currently has 16 branches and nearly 3,000 cadres, responsible for the city’s about 120,000 taxpayers about 30 kinds of taxes and social insurance and pension collection management. In accordance with the new tax collection and management model “based on tax returns and optimization services, relying on computer networks, centralized inspection and key inspection” put forward by the State Administration of Taxation, the local tax bureau of Wuhan Municipality is proceeding with the construction of an advanced, practical, safe and regional A tax management information network system that expands capabilities and upgrades. In October 1999, Wuhan Local Taxation Bureau and 3Com Company signed an agreement to comprehensively adopt 3Com’s network solution to build Wuhan Local Taxation Revenue Management Information Network. The project was started at the end of last year. Zoomlion is responsible for the system integration of the project and will be put into operation in March this year.
