规模以下工业和从事工业生产的个体经营单位是工业经济不可或缺的组成部分,在吸纳城乡富余劳动力、扩大就业渠道、构建社会主义和谐社会等方面做出了积极的贡献,对增加居民收入、改善生活、统筹城乡发展、推进社会主义新农村建设方面发挥了积极的促进作用。本文通过构建基于法的企业成长性评价模型,选取长春市11类167家规模以下工业企业2011年至2013年的主营业务收入、出口产品销售收入、生产能力总产值、应付职工薪酬和从业人员期末人数等12个指标数据,根据数据包络分析(DEA)法对11类企业做出规模效益分析,对“朝阳产业”和成长排名后两类企业的投入产出关系做出分析并给出相应建议,希望能为相关部门决策提供理论支持。
