用三十烷醇胶体分散剂以10~(-6)、10~(-4)、10~(-2)、10~(-1)、1、5ppm六个浓度于盆栽大豆第二层复叶展开期进行叶面喷洒试验结果表明:苗高有差异但经方差分析结果,处理间差异不显著;苗干重均高于对照,其增加幅度在1.01~1.15%,但经方差分析结果处理间差异亦不显著。 用0.5ppm三十烷醇胶体分散剂和0.5ppm乳剂在大豆盛花期(早熟品种)于田间进行叶面喷洒试验结果表明:用0.5ppm厦门大学乳剂处理的大豆亩产高于对照29.86斤,增产8.9%,经生物统计分析结果,增产效果达极显著;用0.5ppm江西工学院胶体分散剂处理的大豆亩产高于对照20.14斤,增产6%,经分析结果增产效果不显著。室内考种结果表明,用三十烷醇处理的单株荚数和百粒重稍高于对照。

The yield per mu of soybean treated with 0.5ppm Jiangxi Institute of Technology colloidal dispersant was 20.14 kg higher than that of the control, increasing by 6%. The results of indoor test showed that the number of pods per plant treated with triacontanol was slightly higher than that of the control.
