三十烷醇在大豆上的应用效应试验总结

用三十烷醇胶体分散剂以10~(-6)、10~(-4)、10~(-2)、10~(-1)、1、5ppm六个浓度于盆栽大豆第二层复叶展开期进行叶面喷洒试验结果表明:苗高有差异但经方差分析结果,处理间差异不显著;苗干重均高于对照,其增加幅度在1.01~1.15%,但经方差分析结果处理间差异亦不显著。 用0.5ppm三十烷醇胶体分散剂和0.5ppm乳剂在大豆盛花期(早熟品种)于田间进行叶面喷洒试验结果表明:用0.5ppm厦门大学乳剂处理的大豆亩产高于对照29.86斤,增产8.9%,经生物统计分析结果,增产效果达极显著;用0.5ppm江西工学院胶体分散剂处理的大豆亩产高于对照20.14斤,增产6%,经分析结果增产效果不显著。室内考种结果表明,用三十烷醇处理的单株荚数和百粒重稍高于对照。 With triacontanol colloid dispersant in the concentration of 10 ~ (-6), 10 ~ (-4), 10 ~ (-2), 10 ~ (-1) The results of foliar spray test showed that there were differences in seedling height but no significant difference between the treatments due to variance analysis. The yield per mu of soybean treated with 0.5ppm Jiangxi Institute of Technology colloidal dispersant was 20.14 kg higher than that of the control, increasing by 6%. The results of indoor test showed that the number of pods per plant treated with triacontanol was slightly higher than that of the control.
