根据现场事故停机中总结出的可防止汽轮机转子永久性弯曲的封缸经验,成功地应用于生产实践。文中6例事故的处理结果证实了封缸措施的可用性。理论分析和计算阐明了封缸原理的合理性和可行性,并给出了指导性的实施方法。此反事故措施可最大限度地减小现场汽轮机转子永久性弯曲事故的发生。 According to the conclusion of on-site accidents to prevent permanent bending turbine steam cylinder seal experience has been successfully applied to production practices. The results of the six cases in the article confirm the availability of the cylinder sealing measures. Theoretical analysis and calculation illustrate the rationality and feasibility of the principle of cylinder sealing, and gives the guiding method of implementation. This counter-accident measure minimizes the occurrence of permanent bending of the on-site steam turbine rotor.
