近年来,嵊州市以创建省级文明城市为龙头,以“双建设、双整治”活动为综合载体,围绕解放人的思想、提高人的素质、改善人的生活环境、满足人的需求的目标要求,坚持城乡并重,软硬并重,文明创建整体水平得到了进一步提升。尤其是嵊州市在坚持提高本地居民文明程度的同时,积极丰富外来务工人员的精神文化生活,走出了有特色的文明创建之路。本期重点介绍嵊州的做法,以期对各地推进先进文化建设有所启迪。
