步行是健身的方法之一。步行可减少因患某些疾病而致死的危险,诸如:心脏病发作、中风、高血压、某些癌症、骨质疏松症、抑郁症和肥胖症。步行能改善身体的健康状况,有益于骨关节炎和糖尿病的治疗,增加身体内高密度脂蛋白(一种对身体有益的胆固醇)的含量,并且能使人的心情得到放松。步行是一种效果显著的健身方式(因身体条件不允许而禁止步行者除外,如严重退行性关节病患者),还不需要花钱呢!
Walking is one of the ways to exercise. Walking reduces the risk of death from certain conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, high blood pressure, certain cancers, osteoporosis, depression and obesity. Walking improves the health of your body, benefits the treatment of osteoarthritis and diabetes, increases the amount of high-density lipoprotein (a good cholesterol for your body) in the body, and relaxes your mood. Walking is a very effective way of exercising (except for those who are forbidden to walk because of physical conditions, such as patients with severe degenerative joint disease) and do not need to spend money!
