以国际条约在国内适用的理论为基础,从WTO协议的性质、各国适用WTO协议的实践等角度入手,分析了多数国家间接适用WTO协议的原因,并针对我国的实际情况提出了调整适用的方法。 Based on the theories applicable to international treaties in the world, this paper analyzes the reasons for the indirect application of WTO agreements in most countries based on the nature of the WTO agreements and the practice of various countries in applying the WTO agreements. In the light of the actual conditions in China, it proposes some measures to adjust and apply them .
