填碳纸在多层绝热中的应用研究。研究工作包括:填碳纸表观热导率的测定和比较;填碳纸多层绝热传热机理的分析:以及填碳纸的应用。提出了填碳纸固体热导率的理论计算模型。通过计算和分析,指出填碳纸中含碳量对传热的影响。提出了填碳纸多层绝热表观热导率的理论计算方程。实验结果和理论计算证明,该种具有自吸气能力的填碳纸能有效提高多层绝热性能。实验结果和理论计算结果的一致性,表明理论计算的正确。
Application of Carbon Paper in Multilayer Insulation. The research work includes: the determination and comparison of apparent thermal conductivity of carbon-filled paper; the analysis of multi-layer adiabatic heat transfer mechanism of carbon-filled paper; and the application of carbon-filled paper. The theoretical calculation model of solid thermal conductivity of carbon paper was proposed. Through calculating and analyzing, it points out the influence of carbon content in carbon paper on heat transfer. A theoretical calculation equation of apparent thermal conductivity of multi-layers of carbon-filled paper was proposed. Experimental results and theoretical calculations show that this type of carbon-filled paper with self-suctioning capability can effectively improve the multi-layer thermal insulation performance. The consistency between the experimental results and the theoretical calculation results shows that the theoretical calculation is correct.
