On April 8, 1999, the tripartite work of the Asian Development Bank Technical Assistance Project for China’s Renewable Energy Development will be held in Beijing. Attending the meeting were the Asian Development Bank, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the State Planning Commission Renewable Energy Development Center of Energy, the United States Windsor Rural Development Center.
