针对目前超声波探伤近距离缺陷定量技术一直沿用效率比较低下的当量试块比较法的问题。进行了一系列的相关试验研究和数学论证,提出了一种结合计算机专家系统来改善超声波探伤近距离缺陷定量的新方法。研究结果表明,设计的定量专家系统能够较为理想的改善超声波探伤近距离缺陷定量的精度,大大的提高工作效率。
For the current ultrasonic flaw detection technology has been used to quantify the shortcomings of relatively low equivalent weight test block problem. Carried out a series of related experimental research and mathematical proofs, and proposed a new method combined with computer expert system to improve the ultrasonic flaw detection near-flaw quantification. The results show that the designed quantitative expert system can improve the accuracy of ultrasonic flaw detection near-flaw defects and greatly improve work efficiency.
