为了使制造单元满足敏捷制造的需求 ,适应快速变化的制造环境 ,提出一种基于层次结构的制造单元控制系统 ,它由加工任务代理层、制造实体代理层和调度核心层构成。这种单元控制系统利用分层结构将调度核心层同具体的加工任务与单元配置分离 ,并采用基于知识的动态调度方法 ,保证了制造单元具有敏捷特性。
In order to meet the needs of agile manufacturing and adapt to the rapidly changing manufacturing environment, a manufacturing unit control system based on hierarchical structure is proposed. It consists of processing task agent layer, manufacturing entity agent layer and dispatch core layer. The unit control system uses a hierarchical structure to separate the dispatch core layer from the specific processing tasks and cell configurations, and adopts knowledge-based dynamic scheduling to ensure that manufacturing cells have agile characteristics.
