其中T2(10:01-12:00)检验及时率最高(88.1%),T1(8:01-10:00)检验及时率最低(76.8%),T3(12:01-14:00)、T7(6:01-8:00)这两个时段检验及时率较低,分别为79.4%、80.2%。
Objective To analyze the intra-laboratory sample turnaround time (ILTAT) of emergency biochemical specimens, analyze the influencing factors of ILTAT, take corresponding improvement measures, improve the quality of service, and ensure the medical safety of patients. Methods Retrospective statistics were collected from January to November 2015 in Changping Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University. Comparison of ILTAT ≤ 60min and ILTAT ≤ 120min test timeliness. Emphasis will be placed on analyzing ILTAT in different time periods in the laboratory. Results The immediate rate of ILTAT≤120min (ILTAT1) test was 98.8% (8 638/8 743), and the ILTAT≤60min (ILTAT2) test was 83.7% (7 317/8 743). There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 3.36, P> 0.05). The difference of ILTAT in ILTAT2 at different time points was statistically significant (χ2 = 134.50, P <0.01). Among them, the check-up time was the highest (88.1%) at T2 (10: 01-12: 00) and the lowest check-up time was at T1 (8: 01-10: 00) T7 (6: 01-8: 00) test these two periods of time and a lower rate of 79.4%, respectively, 80.2%. Conclusion At present, the biochemical ILTAT in our laboratory meets the current regulatory requirements. By analyzing the influential factors of emergency biochemical ILTAT, optimizing the workflow, improving the equipment and staffing, and improving the degree of informatization, the emergency biochemical ILTAT can be further shortened to better meet the clinical and patient needs.
