目的探讨季节变化与精液量、pH值、精子密度、活率及活力的关系。方法用计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)技术,按照《WHO人类精液及精子-宫颈粘液相互作用实验室检验手册》,使用北京伟力公司WLJY9000仪器,对1386例育龄男性完整精液标本进行分析,并分为春季(3~5月)、夏季(6~8月)、秋季(9~11月)、冬季(12~2月)4组,分析比较各组精液参数。结果 1386名育龄男性精液量(2.78±0.89)ml,pH值(7.46±0.15),精子密度(73.59±50.62)×106/ml,精子活率(65.71±19.39)%,a级精子(29.89±13.26)%,a+b级精子(48.47±15.64)%。其中正常组924例(66.67%),异常组462例(33.33%)。各组精液量、pH值、精子密度、活率及活力差异没有统计学意义。结论季节变化对精液参数没有显著影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between seasons and semen volume, pH, sperm density, viability and vitality. Methods According to the “WHO Human Sperm and Sperm - Cervical Mucus Interaction Laboratory Test Manual”, computerized sperm analysis (CASA) technique was used to analyze 1386 intact sperm samples from male WLJY9000 and divided into In spring (March to May), summer (June to August), autumn (September to November) and winter (December to February), four groups were compared and analyzed. Results Semen volume (2.78 ± 0.89) ml, pH value (7.46 ± 0.15), sperm density (73.59 ± 50.62) × 106 / ml, sperm motility rate (65.71 ± 19.39)% and a grade sperm (29.89 ± 13.26)%, a + b grade sperm (48.47 ± 15.64)%. Among them, 924 cases (66.67%) in normal group and 462 cases (33.33%) in abnormal group. The semen volume, pH value, sperm density, viability and vitality in each group had no statistical significance. Conclusion Seasonal changes have no significant effect on semen parameters.
