Olympic Games, urban regeneration, in London is not a new concept. In 2012, London ushered in the Olympic Games for the third time. New towns and urban regeneration programs have played an important role in the modern architecture of this country and the capital, London. This time the IOC focuses on issues of sustainability and heritage of all parties, and they are precisely the central theme driving the revival of the Olympic Park.
