用电子顺磁共振在中子辐照氢气氛下生长的区熔硅中观察到一个新的三斜对称缺陷,确定了该缺陷的g张量主值和各主轴在晶轴坐标系中的方向余弦.据此对旋转花样图进行了理论计算,与实验结果符合很好.
A new triclinic symmetry defect was observed in zone-fused silicon grown by electron paramagnetic resonance in a neutron-irradiated hydrogen atmosphere.
