目的调查教职工的健康状况及需求,为制定维护教职工健康利益的规划和政策提供依据。方法采用自行设计并经过预试验修订的问卷,采取随机抽样方法,对教师和行政人员共696人进行健康状况、健康需求、愿意参加的体能活动等问题的定量调查,所得资料用SPSS 11.5统计软件进行分析。结果12.64%的人睡眠质量差,68.97%的人经常感到疲劳,56.03%的人不能做到每天有规律地放松。49.86%的人有一种或多种疾病的困扰,主要是咽炎、口腔科疾病。90.80%的人对自己健康评分大于60分。愿意参加登山/爬山、球类运动、慢跑、旅游、游泳等体能活动,期望学校定期组织体检、户外活动、旅游活动等,传播身体锻炼知识、健康饮食知识、疾病预防知识、健康生活知识等信息。结论教职工的健康状况有待改善,他们喜欢的方式有定期体检、户外活动等,但未形成固定的行为方式,学校需要制定定期体检、组织户外集体活动等的政策和规划,支持教职工的行为改变,促进教职工的健康。
Objective To investigate the health status and needs of teaching staff and provide basis for formulating plans and policies for safeguarding the health benefits of teaching staff. Methods A self-designed and pre-tested revised questionnaire was adopted. A random sampling method was used to quantitatively investigate the health status, health needs, willingness to participate in physical activities and other issues of 696 teachers and administrators. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 11.5 statistical software. Conduct the analysis. RESULTS: 12.64% of the participants had poor sleep quality, 68.97% of them often felt tired, and 56.03% could not relax regularly. 49.86% of people suffer from one or more diseases, mainly pharyngitis and dental diseases. 90.80% of people rated their health more than 60 points. Willing to participate in physical activities such as mountain climbing/climbing, ball games, jogging, tourism, swimming, etc. It is expected that the school will regularly organize physical examinations, outdoor activities, tourism activities, etc., disseminate physical exercise knowledge, healthy diet knowledge, disease prevention knowledge, healthy living knowledge and other information . Conclusion The health status of teachers and staff needs to be improved. They like regular medical examinations and outdoor activities. However, they do not form a fixed behavior. Schools need to formulate policies and plans for regular physical examinations, organize outdoor group activities, and support the behavior of staff. Change, promote the health of teaching staff.
