基于Agent为抽水蓄能电站设计了竞价上网决策支持系统,该系统具有较强的软件扩展性和升级空间,能与电站的其他系统较好衔接;同时用CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture公共对象请求代理体系结构)组件和KQML(Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language)语言实现跨平台、标准化通信;实现语言选用JAVA,以保证网络通信的高效和安全。着重论述了抽水蓄能电站竞价上网报价策略的编制,得出在长期和短期内由相同的报价上限根据实际情况逐渐地向不同的低点趋近的报价策略。
Based on the Agent, a competitive bidding decision support system is designed for pumped storage power station. The system has strong software scalability and upgrade space, and can better interface with other power plant systems. At the same time, with CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture) Agent architecture) components and KQML (Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language) language cross-platform, standardized communication; language selection JAVA, to ensure the efficient and secure network communications. This paper focuses on the establishment of bidding network pricing strategy for pumped storage power station and concludes the bidding strategy of gradually approaching different lows by the same quotation ceiling according to the actual situation in the long term and in the short term.
