At present, there is a serious disease in our breeding breed, which has caused the outbreak of breeding breed and caused great harm to the wild breed. This has drawn great attention from the international community. The causes of the frequent and fatal deaths of farmed barks in China are very complicated, and the pathogen has not yet been finally determined. Experts from around the world named it “abalone die-off” according to the characteristics of the disease, and jointly organized by FAO and the NACA Network Asia Pacific in November 2003 At the meeting of Regional Experts on Aquatic Animal Health, it was listed as a new disease that posed a significant threat to the fisheries in the Asia-Pacific region by the outbreaks of catastrophic deaths, taiwan shrimp taiwan syndrome and koi herpes virus disease, and all countries were required to focus their monitoring. Therefore, to strengthen the research on the etiopathogenisis and prevention methods of the sudden death of Bao is not only related to the sustainable development of our country, but also of great significance to the smooth export of our country’s aquatic products.
