卵巢雌激素和孕激素对口腔粘膜的作用,以及牙周组织中含有这些激素受体,已得到证实。但牙髓及牙髓病损害中是否含有这些激素受体,仍不清楚,本文对此进行了研究。 材料和方法 以10例患者(男5例,女5例)新鲜拔除的阻生第三磨牙牙髓组织作阴性对照,其它组织类型包括根尖肉芽肿、牙髓息肉、根尖周囊肿各10例为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学技术,对这些组织进行雌激素受体(ERS)、孕激素受体(PRS)和雄性激素受体(ARS)测定。
Oral estrogen and progesterone on the role of the oral mucosa, and periodontal tissue containing these hormone receptors, has been confirmed. However, it remains unclear whether these hormonal receptors are contained in pulp and endodontic lesions, and this article has been studied. MATERIALS AND METHODS Ten patients (5 males and 5 females) with freshly excised third molars pulp tissue were used as a negative control. Other tissue types included apical granuloma, pulp polyps and periapical cysts In the case study, immunohistochemistry was used to determine estrogen receptor (ERS), progesterone receptor (PRS) and androgen receptor (ARS) in these tissues.
