本文对六例永久性人工心脏起搏的病人进行了长期随访观察。认为永久性人工心脏起搏对各种病因所致的Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞较为适宜。并对适应症、并发症和预后略加探讨。
In this paper, six patients with permanent artificial cardiac pacing were followed up for a long time. That permanent artificial cardiac pacing for a variety of causes of Ⅲ ° atrioventricular block is more appropriate. And indications, complications and prognosis slightly discussed.
