针对原现有的棒材轧线飞剪控制系统中大多采用传统PLC控制剪切方式,存在剪切精度不高,影响产品质量,控制系统复杂等问题,现采用T400剪切工艺板实现棒材倍尺飞剪控制系统优化。利用T400工艺板和6RA70组成的闭环(位置、速度、电流)直流调速控制系统通过对工艺参数的设定,能够精确地对飞剪进行速度和位置控制,实现飞剪工艺的特殊要求。生产运行结果表明,采用T400工艺板优化控制方案后,实现倍尺飞剪高速精确剪切,达到工艺要求的控制效果。
