用原子吸收光度法测定了食管癌患者、食管癌高发区人群头发中的微量元素。结果显示,食管癌患者及高发区人群头发中Zn、Ni的含量明显低于正常人群(P< 0.05),而铅的含量则为高发区人群明显高于肿瘤组及对照组(P< 0.05)。体内Zn 和Ni的缺乏及Pb 过高可能诱发食管癌的发生。
The trace elements in the hair of patients with esophageal cancer and high incidence of esophageal cancer were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the levels of Zn and Ni in the hair of esophageal cancer patients and high-incidence areas were significantly lower than those in the normal population (P<0.05), while the levels of lead in the high-incidence areas were significantly higher than those in the tumor and control groups (P< 0.05). Deficiency of Zn and Ni in the body and high Pb may induce esophageal cancer.
