工作倦怠是组织员工常见的消极心态。以297名员工为被试对象,考察了生命意义感、核心自我评价以及工作倦怠感之间的关系。结果表明,生命意义感可以正向显著影响核心自我评价,同时又能负向显著影响工作倦怠感;而核心自我评价也能够负向显著影响工作倦怠感。
Job burnout is a common negative attitude of employees. With 297 employees as subjects, the paper examined the relationship between sense of life, core self-evaluation and job burnout. The results show that the meaning of life can significantly affect the core self-assessment, while negatively affect the sense of job burnout; and the core self-assessment can also negatively affect the sense of job burnout.
