目的分析研究在育龄妇女宫内节育环检查中,B超的作用,为理想避孕方法提供参考。方法对于本站进行X射线透视检查异常的263例上环妇女进行B超检查,分析其情况,并对比两种检查方式的优劣。结果进行B超检查发现,患者中有194例为宫内节育环异常,67例为节育环下移,50例为节育环嵌顿,37例为节育环位置倒置,32例为节育环外移,8例带环妊娠,69例于宫腔内位置良好。X线透视误诊率为26.2%。结论与X线检查相比,B超检查孕龄妇女宫内节育环效果良好,准确率高,可直接清晰的了解到患者宫内情况,是节育环检查的理想手段。 Objective To analyze the role of B-ultrasound in intrauterine contraceptive ring examination in women of childbearing age, and provide reference for the ideal contraception method. Methods Totally 263 cases of abnormal women who underwent X-ray fluoroscopy were examined by B-mode ultrasonography, and the situation was analyzed. The pros and cons of the two methods were compared. The results of B-ultrasound found that 194 patients were abnormal intrauterine contraceptive ring, 67 cases of IUD reduction, 50 cases of IWC, 37 cases of IOP placement reversed, 32 cases of IOP relocation , 8 cases with ring pregnancy, 69 cases in the uterine position is good. Misdiagnosis rate of X-ray was 26.2%. Conclusion Compared with X-ray examination, B-ultrasound in pregnant women with gestational age IUD good results, high accuracy, direct and clear understanding of intrauterine patients, is an ideal means of IOP examination.
