目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和心肌酶谱对新生儿窒息的临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院2008年7月至2011年7月期间62例新生儿窒息的临床资料,为观察组,以同期正常健康患儿为对照组,分别在出生后24h内检测心肌酶谱和C反应蛋白。结果新生儿窒息患儿的血清中心肌酶谱和C反应蛋白均较健康患儿高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿窒息与心肌损害相关,检测心肌酶谱和C反应蛋白有助于临床早期诊断,对预后判断有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and myocardial enzymes on neonatal asphyxia. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from July 2008 to July 2011, 62 cases of neonatal asphyxia clinical data for the observation group, with normal healthy children as control group, respectively, within 24h after birth, myocardial enzymes and C-reactive protein. Results Serum CK and C-reactive protein in neonates with asphyxia were significantly higher than those in healthy children (P <0.05). Conclusions Neonatal asphyxia is associated with myocardial damage. Detecting myocardial enzymes and C-reactive protein may contribute to the early clinical diagnosis, which is of great significance for the prognostic judgment.
