目的:分析多棘蜈蚣(ScolopendramultidensNewport)的化学成分,并与药典收载品少棘蜈蚣(S.mutilansL.Koch)比较。方法:采用溶媒提取法测定总脂,气相色谱质谱计算机检测脂肪酸,微量凯氏定氮法测定蛋白质,离子交换色谱测定游离氨基酸,电感耦合离子发射光谱测定微量元素。结果:多棘蜈蚣含总脂7.2%,蛋白质64.6%,游离氨基酸6.3%;含有与少棘蜈蚣相同的15种脂肪酸(其中不饱和脂肪酸占72%)、21种氨基酸和12种微量元素。结论:多棘蜈蚣与少棘蜈蚣主要化学成分类同,某些成分含量存在差异,是一种值得开发利用的药用蜈蚣资源。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of Scolopendra multidens Newport and compare it with S. mutilans L. Koch. Methods: Total lipids were determined by solvent extraction method, and fatty acids were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The protein was determined by trace Kjeldahl method. Free amino acids were determined by ion exchange chromatography and trace elements were determined by inductively coupled ion emission spectrometry. RESULTS: There were 7.2% of total lipids, 64.6% of protein, and 6.3% of free amino acids; more than 15 fatty acids (including 72% of unsaturated fatty acids), 21 amino acids and 12 kinds of trace elements. Conclusion: There are differences in the contents of some components between the major chemical species of E. spinulosa and E. spinulosa. It is a medicinal mushroom resource worthy of development and utilization.
