英语教学其本身具有一定的特点,因为其语言和我国的语言有很大的差异性并且其语言环境也略显不同,学生在学习的过程中呈现出无奈、尴尬和教学效果不良的现象。在这种情况下高职英语教育提出了外教资源的教学策略,这一策略在英语教学实施的进程中取得了很大的成效。但是,依旧存在一系列的问题需要进一步的完善和改革。就此,本论文着重针对外教资源在高职英语教育中的现状、作用、所存在的不足进行分析,并提出了合理的建议。
English teaching itself has certain characteristics, because of its language and our language is very different and its language environment is also slightly different, students in the learning process showed helplessness, embarrassment and poor teaching results. Under such circumstances, vocational English education puts forward the teaching strategy of foreign teachers’ resources. This strategy has achieved great success in the process of English teaching. However, there are still a series of problems that need further improvement and reform. In this connection, the dissertation focuses on the current situation, function and existing problems of foreign teachers’ resources in higher vocational English education, and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
