本文报道了在建立豚鼠肾阳虚动物模型的基础上,将实验动物分为三组:肾阳虚组、肾阳虚+温肾组和正常对照组。实验中观察到,肾阳虚动物的内耳生物电波型异常,振幅降低,听阈升高,电位持续时间缩短;而温肾组上述指标均有不同程度改善,与肾阳虚组相比有显著性差异。说明肾阳虚状况下的动物内耳功能受到损害,温补肾阳可促使其改善,提示中医“肾开窍于耳”的理论是有其内在基础的。
In this paper, based on the establishment of an animal model of kidney-yang deficiency in guinea pigs, experimental animals were divided into three groups: kidney-yang deficiency group, kidney-yang-deficiency + warm-kidney group and normal control group.
