以嘉绍大桥主航道桥为工程背景,介绍了ERS钢桥面铺装及钢箱梁断面温度自动监测系统的实现方式,并根据系统所采集的实测数据,研究分析了大气温度、ERS钢桥面铺装各层以及钢箱梁断面温度的相关性,结果表明上述三者的相关性较好,并呈较明显的梯度分布,尤其是ERS钢桥面铺装各层的温度与大气温度具有良好的相关性。该项监测与分析成果对把握梁内温度,选择为ERS钢桥铺装层在高温天气下的降温养护时机提供了技术支撑和实际指导,可为同类桥梁的管理和养护提供重要的参考和借鉴。
