试验研究了在冻粘情况下影响模型矿车粘煤量的 4个主要因素———含水量、温度、冷冻时间、循环次数。粘湿煤的含水量及温度是产生冻粘现象的必要条件 ,冷冻时间与矿车清理前连续装卸的次数对湿煤的冻粘量有重要的影响。本文认为湿煤与矿车内壁表面的冻粘力主要是金属表面与煤颗粒表面的化学吸附作用力和煤与触煤部件之间冰分子之间的作用力
Experimental study of the four major factors that affect the amount of sticky coal in the model tub in the case of freezing and sticking --- water content, temperature, freezing time, the number of cycles. Moisture content and temperature of sticky wet coal are the necessary conditions to produce freeze-stick phenomenon. The freezing time and the number of continuous loading and unloading before the clean-up of the cart have an important influence on the amount of frozen coal sticking. In this paper, it is considered that the freezing and viscous forces of wet coal and the inner wall of the mine car are mainly the chemical adsorption force between the metal surface and the coal particle surface and the force between the ice and the coal between the coal and the coal-contacting part
