在分析SA516Gr.65钢的焊接性基础上,分别采用焊条电弧焊(选用J507焊条)和埋弧焊(选用H08A焊丝)2种不同工艺进行焊接工艺评定,给出2种焊接方法的工艺参数及焊接质量控制要点,通过试验获得了SA516Gr.65钢焊接特性。焊接接头的力学性能测试结果表明,SA516Gr.65钢具有良好的焊接性,只要采取合理的焊接工艺,选用国产焊材可以保证焊接接头的性能不低于母材。
Based on the analysis of the weldability of SA516Gr.65 steel, the welding procedure was evaluated by two different welding methods: welding arc welding (using J507 electrode) and submerged arc welding (using H08A welding wire) respectively, and the technological parameters of two welding methods and Welding quality control points, obtained by welding SA516Gr.65 steel welding characteristics. The mechanical properties of welded joints test results show that, SA516Gr.65 steel has good weldability, as long as a reasonable welding process, the selection of domestic welding consumables can ensure the performance of welded joints not less than the base metal.
