园本教研是幼儿教师专业成长的平台,是实现幼儿教师教育理论向教育实践转化的中介。自《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》全面贯彻实施以来,幼儿园园本教研的内容与形式也在悄然地发生着变化。通过对泉州幼师附属幼儿园自《指南》颁布三年来(2012-2014)的园本教研文本档案查阅筛选,以该园开展的一系列区域活动的效度研讨为例,呈现《指南》给幼儿园园本教研活动带来的改变。
This teaching and research is a platform for kindergarten teachers to grow professionally and an intermediary for the transformation of preschool teacher education theory into educational practice. Since the “Guide for Learning and Development of 3-6-year-old Children” has been fully implemented, the content and form of this teaching and researching in kindergarten are also quietly changing. Through the screening of the textbooks of the textbooks for the teaching and research of the garden in the past three years (2012-2014) promulgated by Guidebook in Quanzhou, the validity of the series of regional activities carried out by the garden was taken as an example to present the “Guidelines” to the kindergartens The changes brought by the garden teaching and research activities.
