由于汽车座盆型面复杂,拉延成形中极易产生破裂等缺陷。针对某车型座盆拉延工序两处开裂问题,在不改变零件材料的前提下,通过改进冲压工艺解决了开裂问题。该工艺改进方法为:在拉延模上增加刺破刀,并介绍了两种刺破刀,使裂纹只存在于工艺补充或是待切除的部位,确保了制件的成品率;在拉延工序放大过渡圆角,修边冲孔后在翻边整形工序成形出产品圆角,产品成形后没有出现开裂缺陷。生产实验表明,改进后的成形工艺所生产的汽车座盆拉延件符合零件的技术要求,所设计的拉延模具能满足大批量生产的需要。

After trimming and punching, the product fillet is formed in the burring process. There is no cracking defect after the product is formed. Production experiments show that the improved forming process of the production of car seat pull parts meet the technical requirements of the parts, the design of the drawing mold to meet the needs of mass production.
