建立了对比参数 C′( n) 与仪器参数α的普适经验方程, 仅需记录一次转矩和温度随不同剪切速率的变化,即可计算转矩流变仪中聚合物熔体的幂律参数及其平均剪切应力、剪切速率和表观粘度, 从而为利用转矩流变仪研究聚合物熔体的流变性能提供了一种简便、实用的方法。
The universal empirical equation between the parameter C ’(n) and the instrument parameter α is established, and only the change of the first moment and the temperature with different shear rates is recorded to calculate the power of the polymer melt in the torque rheometer Law parameters and their average shear stress, shear rate and apparent viscosity, which provide a convenient and practical method for studying the rheological properties of polymer melt by using torque rheometer.
